Due to the current volume of orders, Big Concrete Guy has a one-month waiting period to commence any project. For custom projects: the moment your design is finalized and the order is placed your project is put in the queue. Once the project has started you can expect completion within 3 -4 weeks. 

Big Concrete Guy specializes in helping customers with unique and customized designs. 

To start the design process, we recommend that you book a consultation. Big Concrete Guy can arrange to visit you on-site to get a greater understanding of your space, aesthetic, and style preference. Alternatively, we also offer zoom consultations or accept emails with inspiration images. 

Once we have a clear idea of what you are looking to have made, we will create a 3D rendering and send it for approval. After the design has been approved we will take a deposit and begin constructing your piece. 

Due to the current volume of orders, we are quoting a one-month wait period. Orders placed prior to August 22,2022 will have a lead time of 5-6 weeks. Orders placed September 27, 2022 onwards will have a lead time of 4-5 weeks. Normal lead times are 3-4 weeks once started. 

We accept all major credit cards in our checkout.

Although concrete is a very strong stone it is also classified as a porous material. Big Concrete Guy applies coats of sealer to your table to protect it from general wear and tear. However, because it is porous we have strong guidelines to prevent water damage.

Porous material likes to absorb water. Therefore, we recommend using a dry or very slightly damp cloth when cleaning or dusting your table. Do not apply harsh cleaning chemicals or Lysol. If you have a stain, we recommend using a very little amount of a PH balanced soap. 

You can increase the longevity and protect your table by using coasters, placemats, table runners, and hot pads. We also recommend testing vases before leaving them on the table. Some are cheaply constructed or will leak which can result in a water ring and damage your table.

Delivery fees start at $200 and are subject to change based on location.

Failure to follow the recommendations not covered by Big Concrete Guy LTD. Damage due to negligence, improper care, abuse, not limited to water stains, paint, exposure to sunlight, chemicals, oils, animals, anything the product was not intended for is not covered by warranty. 

Each table is handcrafted and variations will occur from piece to piece, some details may differ from images on the website. If the product is relocated after delivery and damaged during the process, Big Concrete Guy LTD. is not at fault. Furniture constructed by Big Concrete Guy LTD. is not meant to be used for sitting or standing. The table could be damaged or injury could result for which Big Concrete Guy LTD. is not liable in either scenario.

Failure to follow the care instructions that were outlined above after delivery of the piece voids all warranty. 

Please note that Big Concrete Guy LTD. does not offer refunds for furniture designed by the customer with specific measurements.

We call it the “tape it out method”. A measuring tape is helpful, but using green painters tape to map it out will help you visualize what size will suit your space. The last thing we want is for you to regret not being thorough with your measurements. 

Generally coffee table heights are 1-2” lower than the top of your couch cushion or the same height. Leave approximately 12-18” of walkway between your couch and the table so you can walk comfortably around. The coffee table should be ⅔ length of your couch so that it is not too big/small for the space.  

These are custom made to order products. We do not accept refunds or returns unless there are manufacturing defects impacting the quality of your product.
